Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer rights.

To request a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging where possible.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please Note

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

• For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used.

• We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, simply return your original order and place a new one.
